Hammour Travel was formed by Mr. Mazen Hammour and is a most respected travel agency in Syria. Mr. Hammour has been self-employed as an independent tour operator since 1979. Our image in hospitality is important to us and focuses on the following principles.

All our tours are guaranteed to meet your complete satisfaction. We do not promise anything, whether it be the classification of hotel or the type of cuisine offered, with out being fully confident that we can deliver it.

All tour guides and drivers are our own staff and are very keen, fully qualified individuals. We also use our own buses and maintain a cooperative association with many of the hotels in our tour destinations. This advantage is passed on to our clients as it allows us to offer them special services and rates during their stay.

Rest assured that all our services are personalized. We do not (and never will) treat our customers as numbers. For us, everyone is a "VIP" that must be serviced accordingly. We are, at all times, ahead of all the details involved in providing our services to each tourist. "Client Satisfaction" is our goal, and we do our utmost to accomplish it.
